At Jefe Jewelers, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policies below. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags, packaging, certificates, and accessories intact.
• The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Items that have been worn, resized, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return authorization, please contact us within the eligible return window at sales@jefejewelers.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping guidelines.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
8. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
